Prepare and Plan Your Visit
Fort Hill Church does not have a dress code. Come in whatever you are comfortable wearing. You will see fellow worshippers in a variety of attire from business to smart casual.
There are three parking lots on Edgewood Avenue across the street from Fort Hill Church. There is also limited parking on Shorecrest Drive. Handicapped parking is available in the lot next to the church off Edgewood Avenue.
Our worship style is traditional in the reformed tradition. The 8:30 service is a little more casual than the 10:45 service.
Absolutely! Children are welcome at all services. The 10:45 worship service includes a Story for All Children. Following this story, children younger than 5th grade may follow the Children’s Ministry leaders for various age-appropriate programming options during the remainder of the worship service. Once a child reaches 5th grade, they remain in worship following the Story for All Children.
A nursery is available for children from infants to walkers at the 10:45 am worship service.
Parents are required to sign children in and receive a name tag prior to the service if children will be going to nursery or children’s Sunday morning programs during the 10:45 service. Check-in stations are located in the Narthex from 10:30 to 10:50.
If communion is offered during a service, visitors who profess faith in are welcome to participate and partake in communion.
